A fundraiser for the Mary Alice Downey Scholarship will be held Saturday March 17, 7pm in the POPYC Funtion Hall. The evening will include a home-cooked Italian meal, a 50/50 raffle, a silent auction, DJ and music trivia. Cost of the dinner is $15 per person.
The goal is to raise $1500 for this year’s scholarship.

How can you help?
- Make a cash donation to the scholarship fund (not tax deductible).
- Donate a gift card for the silent auction (restaurant, retail store, liquor, etc.).
- Donate and item, service, or basket for the silent auction
- Attend the event! All donation will be posted to the POPYC website/message board.
About the Mary Alice Downey Memorial Scholarship
Every year the Mary Alice Downey Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a child or relative of a POPYC member attending a four year higher education institution, community college, or post-secondary trade school. Read more about it and download an application here.
