By Land

1. From Route 1A North in Revere, MA, take the exit for Point of Pines, Revere (just before the General Edwards Bridge).
2. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left.
3. Take the 2nd right onto Rice Avenue.

By Sea

We are located on Broad Sound at the mouth of the Saugus River on the seaward side of the General Edwards Bridge (Route 1A).
